Men's Ministry Event - Group Workout

All men are invited to join in a workout on Saturday, January 10, at 8am in the Fellowship Hall. All ages and fitness levels welcome and encouraged!
For this event, there will be a short warm up for 5-10 minutes, followed by a 25-minute workout that can be modified for different levels as needed, and then 30 minutes following the workout to cool down and sip some water and coffee. During that time, there will also be a short devotional.
